Situated adjacent to the Financial Center metro station, the hotel offers unparalleled convenience with many of Dubai’s key destinations located within a four-kilometer radius.

This prime location ensures that both business and leisure travelers have quick access to the city’s vibrant attractions and cultural hotspots.

Accommodations and Amenities

Boasting more than 400 rooms across various configurations, from studios and one-bedroom units to two-bedroom, three-bedroom options, and suites, the property is designed to meet the diverse needs of its guests.

Each room is spacious and modern, featuring a well-appointed kitchenette and comfortable seating area, making it an ideal choice for business travelers, families, and leisure seekers alike.

Complementing the high-quality accommodations, the hotel offers a range of leisure facilities that include a state-of-the-art gym, an indoor swimming pool, a steam room, a jacuzzi, and a sauna, all of which are enhanced by breathtaking panoramic views of the city skyline.

A standout feature is the 31st-floor panoramic restaurant, where diners enjoy exquisite cuisine against a backdrop of stunning vistas that elevate the overall dining experience.

Oravel Stays, the force behind the property, plans to expand its Sunday Hotels brand across Dubai, targeting key tourist hubs such as Deira, Sheikh Zayed Road, Downtown, Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Marina, Jumeirah Beach Residences, Business Bay, and Al Barsha.

The Sunday brand has been conceptualized to address the evolving demands of modern travelers, offering a refreshing departure from traditional hotel models.

It blends modern luxury with thoughtfully curated experiences that allow guests to unwind at their own pace. Each Sunday Hotel is staffed by highly trained hospitality professionals dedicated to providing personalized service from the moment guests arrive.

With elegantly furnished rooms featuring high-speed Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, premium bedding, and upscale bathrooms, many of which offer in-room dining, mini-bars, and concierge support, the brand aims to deliver an immersive and seamless hospitality experience.
