UAE – Corinthia Hotels and Dubai General Properties have joined forces to develop a landmark hotel and residential project in central Dubai.

The new landmark hotel is set to redefine luxury in Dubai, emerging as a transformative addition to the city’s skyline.

This visionary project features a striking two-tower complex on Sheikh Zayed Road, just steps away from the celebrated Museum of the Future.

Rising beyond 500 metres, the development is poised to rank among the world’s tallest buildings while reshaping traditional hotel and branded residence concepts.

The design marries modern sophistication with Corinthia’s Mediterranean soul, presenting an architectural marvel that exudes elegance and inventive hospitality.

Lavish interiors, world-class amenities, and bespoke service characterize the project, offering residents and guests an experience that goes far beyond conventional luxury.

A standout element is the cantilevered sky lobby, which extends over 200 metres above ground level and is visible from both the northern and southern facades, adding drama to the urban landscape.

Within the complex, the five-star Corinthia Dubai hotel will share space with Corinthia-branded serviced penthouses and apartments, each offering breathtaking views and meticulously designed interiors.

Residents and guests will enjoy exclusive access to Corinthia Wellness—a next-generation spa facility that features indoor and outdoor pools, state-of-the-art fitness equipment, personal trainers, and dedicated health experts, promising a rejuvenation experience unlike any other in Dubai.

The development is designed for seamless accessibility with four distinct entry points to ensure efficient traffic flow.

Dubai General Properties has appointed AtkinsRéalis as the lead architect and engineering consultant, while Corinthia Group’s QP company will oversee project management, with completion targeted by 2030.

QP is renowned for its pioneering project concierge services, which consistently bring ambitious visions to life.

Additional highlights include elegant ballroom and event spaces that offer sweeping views of Jumeirah Beach, alongside five restaurants and bars that serve exceptional cuisine against panoramic sea and city backdrops.

Multiple rooftop pools—including private options for select residences—complement a private members’ club and lush landscaped areas that create an urban oasis, enhancing both air quality and well-being.

Covering approximately 330,000 square metres, the towers will provide stunning vistas of iconic landmarks such as Sheikh Zayed Road, Burj Khalifa, Burj Al Arab, and Jumeirah Beach.
