
QATAR – The 14th edition of the Qatar International Food Festival (QIFF) opened on February 12 with a grand ceremony at Hotel Park, launching a ten-day celebration of gastronomy and entertainment featuring over 100 local vendors, 27 international restaurants, and live shows.
One of the standout attractions at this year’s festival is the Michelin Guide Village, where visitors can indulge in exclusive creations by some of the world’s most acclaimed Michelin-starred chefs.
The QIFF Ring, a dedicated competition arena, will host live culinary battles, allowing guests to watch chefs showcase their skills on center stage.
Additionally, the Cooking Studio will feature renowned chefs from Qatar and beyond, leading interactive workshops and cooking sessions.
For a truly unique dining adventure, Dinner in the Sky offers guests the thrill of enjoying a meal 50 meters above ground, with breathtaking views of the festival and the Doha skyline.
Spanning a vast area, this year’s festival is divided into immersive districts, each providing distinctive dining experiences and engaging activities.
The Flavours within Qatar section highlights the country’s rich culinary heritage, featuring both traditional street food and fine dining.
The Latin Food District presents authentic specialties such as tacos, empanadas, and ceviche, bringing a taste of Latin America to Doha.
Meanwhile, the International Flavours District offers a diverse selection of global street food and gourmet cuisine.
The Healthy Corner caters to health-conscious guests with plant-based and sustainable dining options, while the Coffee & Bakeries Corner is a haven for coffee aficionados and dessert lovers, serving artisanal brews and an array of sweet delicacies.
For those seeking a more refined experience, the QIFF VIP Area offers a sophisticated dining environment with gourmet cuisine, exceptional service, and an elegant ambiance.
Families can also enjoy a variety of activities, including daily movie screenings, kids’ workshops at QIFF Juniors, and other engaging outdoor entertainment, ensuring fun for all ages.
