Al Zorah Development completes Seaside Hills Villas project two months ahead of schedule

UAE – A joint venture between the Government of Ajman and Solidere International, Al Zorah Development Company, has announced the completion and readiness for handover of the Seaside Hills Villas project two months ahead of schedule, finalizing it in January 2025 instead of the expected March 2025.

The inauguration of the Seaside Hills Villas was attended by H.E. Eng. Omar Bin Omair Almuhairi, General Manager of the Ajman Real Estate Regulatory Authority, George Saad, CEO of Al Zorah Development Company, and key members of Al Zorah’s leadership team.

H.E. Eng. Omar Bin Omair Almuhairi praised the timely completion of the project, highlighting it as a significant achievement that underscores Al Zorah Development Company’s commitment to excellence.
