International markets delivered healthy 4.2% same-store sales growth, led by Jollibee North America at 10.2% and EMEAA at 9.0%.

PHILIPPINES – Jollibee Foods Corporation has reported a 5.4% increase in net income to ₱10.87 billion (approx. 180 million) for the full year 2025, driven by explosive 27% system-wide sales growth in its international segment.
The multi-brand restaurant group closed the year with 10,341 locations across 19 brands, opening a record 1,126 new stores globally while same-store sales remained solid at 4.8%.
Coffee and Tea Segment Steals the Spotlight
The international business surged on the strength of Jollibee’s coffee portfolio.
Compose Coffee led the charge with staggering 217% system-wide sales growth, followed closely by Highlands Coffee at 15.7%.
Highlands has evolved into a potential billion-dollar brand since Jollibee’s 2012 investment, expanding from 56 stores to nearly 1,000 locations across Vietnam as the country’s undisputed #1 coffee chain.
The Coffee and Tea segment now represents a dominant force within Jollibee’s international operations.
Regional Performance Highlights
Jollibee’s Philippine business remained the bedrock, contributing 81% of global operating income with 9.6% system-wide sales growth anchored by the flagship brand, Mang Inasal (+20.5%), and Chowking (+5.4%).
International markets delivered healthy 4.2% same-store sales growth, led by Jollibee North America at 10.2% and EMEAA at 9.0%.
The company’s three Filipino brands, Jollibee, Mang Inasal, and Chowking, continue to dominate ASEAN as the region’s top three most valuable restaurant brands, with Jollibee alone valued at US$2.5 billion.
Record Fourth Quarter Caps Strong Year
Jollibee closed 2025 with its highest fourth-quarter operating income on record, rising 41.9% year-on-year.
Full-year revenues climbed 13% to approximately US$5.05 billion (₱305.11 billion), while operating income grew 19.3% to US$333 million (₱20.15 billion). Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization rose 13.8% for the year.
Ambitious 2026 Targets and Store Expansion
The group projects full-year system-wide sales growth of 8-12% with same-store sales growth of 4-6% and store network expansion of 5-10%.
Jollibee plans to add 1,200 to 1,300 new stores in 2026, backed by capital expenditures of US$220 million to US$270 million (approx. ₱13-16 billion).
Richard Shin, Chief Financial and Risk Officer, expressed confidence in building on this momentum to deliver sustainable, profitable growth for shareholders.
