Deliverect, which serves more than 75,000 restaurant locations worldwide, specializes in connecting digital ordering channels with in-store operations

GLOBAL – Deliverect has partnered with guest engagement platform Thanx to create an integrated first-party digital ordering and loyalty solution for restaurants, combining order management infrastructure with loyalty tools.
The collaboration, announced March 1, brings together menu management, point-of-sale connections, delivery, payments, loyalty, and marketing in a single stack designed to turn one-time digital purchasers into loyal regulars without requiring extra IT resources.
A Match Made in Restaurant Tech Heaven
Deliverect, which serves more than 75,000 restaurant locations worldwide, specializes in connecting digital ordering channels with in-store operations.
The platform aggregates orders from Uber Eats, DoorDash, Deliveroo, and other marketplaces into a single interface, eliminating tablet clutter and manual entry.
Thanx brings its sophisticated loyalty engine, which helps brands grow engaged guest bases by 5× and reduce discount costs by over 80% through its Rewards Marketplace, where customers choose perks that appeal to them.
Why Restaurants Are Desperate for This
“By combining this proven technology and breadth of integrations with Thanx’s compelling user experiences and loyalty tools, we are delivering restaurants a new option for first-party digital ordering that they have been desperately seeking,” said Justin Falciola, President of the Americas at Deliverect.
Zach Goldstein, Thanx founder and CEO, emphasized that true loyalty requires personalization and convenience across digital channels.
“We’re excited to now be able to power our best-in-class apps, ordering experiences, and loyalty programs atop Deliverect’s reliable infrastructure for order management and payments across the hundreds of point-of-sale systems they support,” he said.
Real-World Momentum
The partnership arrives on the heels of significant Deliverect traction.
Last month, Korean fried chicken chain BBQ Chicken rolled out Deliverect’s digital ordering and menu management platform across more than 250 US locations, enabling the brand to manage delivery links, sync menus across channels, and streamline sales reconciliation from a single system.
Thanx, meanwhile, recently integrated with Square POS, giving it compatibility with every major point-of-sale system and reinforcing its ability to deliver enterprise-grade guest experiences without adding operational complexity.
What This Means for Operators
The combined offer promises to simplify technology stacks while driving meaningful business outcomes.
By linking ordering channels directly with loyalty initiatives, restaurants can shift one-time digital purchasers into recurring, engaged guests, increasing repeat visits and same-store sales growth without custom development.
In an era when off-premises dining remains critical and profit margins face relentless pressure; that’s exactly the kind of integration operators have been hungering for.
