Wynn Resorts’ US$5.1B Wynn Al Marjan Island joins Preferred Hotels & Resorts Legend Collection 

UAE – Wynn Resorts has achieved a major milestone for its US$5.1 billion Wynn Al Marjan Island development after the resort was accepted into the Legend Collection of Preferred Hotels & Resorts ahead of its scheduled Spring 2027 opening. 

Located in Ras Al Khaimah, less than 80 kilometers from Dubai International Airport, the project is one of the Middle East’s most ambitious hospitality investments.  

Its inclusion in Preferred’s highest-tier collection places it among a select portfolio of globally recognized landmark hotels, significantly boosting its international visibility and access to more than six million high-value travelers through the I Prefer Hotel Rewards programme. 

Wynn Al Marjan Island will feature 1,530 guestrooms, all offering panoramic waterfront views. The resort will also introduce Enclave, a hotel concept comprising 313 luxury suites designed to deliver highly personalized service and elevated privacy for elite travelers. 

Set across a 60-hectare island in the Arabian Gulf, the integrated resort will feature 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, luxury retail outlets, a five-star spa, multiple pools, a private beach stretching 420 metres, and a 98-berth marina.  

Coral Court, a dedicated events center, will further expand the resort’s appeal by hosting weddings, conferences, and large-scale social events.
