Fattal Hotel Group unveils FATTAL COLORS: 7-boutique-hotel collection celebrating Tel Aviv’s urban energy

The launch campaign for FATTAL COLORS marks a milestone in Israeli hospitality marketing as the first to be created entirely with AI-generated imagery.

ISRAEL – Fattal Hotel Group has launched FATTAL COLORS, a vibrant new collection of boutique hotels designed to bring character, creativity, and local flavor to Israel’s most dynamic urban centers.

Each property in the collection boasts its own name, style, and personality, offering guests a uniquely immersive hospitality experience that reflects the pulse of its neighborhood, from the eclectic streets of Jaffa to the trendy cafes of Sheinkin.

Seven Distinct Hotels, One Bold Vision

The initial collection features seven properties, each with its own distinct identity.

Bazaar Hotel captures the bustling energy of Jaffa’s markets, while Reception Hotel on Rothschild Boulevard channels the boulevard’s elegant yet lively spirit.

Sam & Blondie brings a playful, artistic vibe to the Sheinkin district.

Future openings will expand the portfolio with intriguing additions like THE BANK and Alliance House, promising even more distinctive urban experiences for travelers seeking something beyond the ordinary.

Redefining the Traditional Hotel Experience

FATTAL COLORS turns conventional hospitality on its head by replacing traditional dining rooms with trendy restaurants and cafés that invite guests to immerse themselves in the local culinary scene.

Rather than isolating visitors in generic hotel spaces, the collection encourages exploration and connection with the surrounding neighborhood.

Maya Shalev, VP of Marketing and Sales at Fattal Hotel Group, explained the philosophy: “Urban hospitality today is much more than a place to stay. It is an expression of identity, personal taste, and how people choose to experience a city.”

“FATTAL COLORS creates variety through hotels with their own rhythm, character, and color, offering a local experience without compromising on high standards of service and quality,” he added.

AI-Generated Campaign Breaks New Ground

The launch campaign for FATTAL COLORS marks a milestone in Israeli hospitality marketing as the first to be created entirely with AI-generated imagery.

Produced by artist Ella Uzan, the visuals combine cutting-edge technology with creative vision to reflect the eclectic and innovative spirit of the hotels.

The campaign’s dreamlike quality captures the essence of each property while signaling Fattal’s embrace of digital innovation as a tool for storytelling.

A New Chapter for Urban Hospitality

With its focus on individuality, neighborhood connection, and design-forward thinking, FATTAL COLORS represents a significant evolution in how hotel groups approach city properties.

By creating a portfolio of hotels that feel more like curated discoveries than chain properties, Fattal is responding to travelers who increasingly seek authentic, localized experiences.

For visitors to Tel Aviv and Jerusalem, the collection offers a fresh way to experience these iconic cities, not from the detached comfort of a standard hotel, but from the vibrant heart of the action itself.
