Accor opens Embers Dubai ahead of Ramadhan in Novotel World Trade Centre

The redesigned restaurant forms part of Accor’s broader effort to elevate guest experiences through upgraded public spaces and new culinary concepts.

UAE – Accor has opened Embers Dubai, a new fire-grill restaurant at Novotel Dubai World Trade Centre, offering Ramadan iftar experiences starting from just US$26.95 (AED 99) per person as part of its launch promotions.

Global hospitality group Accor’s newly opened Embers Dubai marks a major addition to its dining portfolio within the Dubai World Trade Centre hospitality cluster.

The restaurant, located inside Novotel Dubai World Trade Centre, is designed as a contemporary flame-grill venue combining modern culinary techniques with traditional Middle Eastern hospitality.

The opening follows the recent refurbishment and repositioning of the Novotel Dubai World Trade Centre property, where Embers Dubai was introduced as one of the hotel’s flagship dining venues.

The redesigned restaurant forms part of Accor’s broader effort to elevate guest experiences through upgraded public spaces and new culinary concepts.

Embers Dubai features a distinctive flame-fired cooking concept, making it a premium yet accessible grill house in the heart of Dubai’s business district. According to the hotel, “Embers Dubai is the signature grill house at Novotel World Trade Centre, where flame-fired technique meets refined dining in an elegant yet relaxed setting.”

The restaurant is strategically located near key business and tourism landmarks such as the Dubai World Trade Centre exhibition complex and the Museum of the Future, making it attractive to both corporate travelers and leisure guests.

As part of its Ramadan launch offerings, Embers Dubai is introducing a special iftar buffet priced at US$26.95 (AED 99) per person for early bookings made before 10 February 2026, compared with the standard rate of US$40.57 (AED 149) per person.

Beyond Ramadan, Embers Dubai is expected to serve as a year-round dining destination offering curated grill menus and themed culinary events.

The venue has hosted festive dinners and New Year’s Eve events, reinforcing its role as a central component of Accor’s hospitality offering in the Dubai World Trade Centre area.

Accor’s Embers Dubai aligns with its broader growth strategy in the UAE, where the group continues to invest in lifestyle-focused hospitality offerings that combine accommodation, dining, and entertainment within integrated hotel clusters.
