Drift Dubai launches ‘Le Midi’ to elevate business lunch experience

UAE – DRIFT Dubai has introduced “Le Midi,” a new Riviera-inspired business lunch concept designed to redefine midday dining by combining refined French cuisine, coastal serenity, and a relaxed yet sophisticated setting. 

Located within the beachfront grounds of One&Only Royal Mirage, the new lunch experience reflects a growing shift in Dubai’s dining culture, where business lunches are increasingly viewed as opportunities to unwind, connect, and recharge.  

Available daily from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM, Le Midi offers a curated menu priced at US$29.95 (AED 110) for an entrée and main course, with an optional dessert available for US$12.25 (AED 45). 

Set against the backdrop of the Arabian Gulf, the restaurant delivers a tranquil escape from the city’s fast pace. Guests can enjoy uninterrupted sea views, lush, landscaped surroundings, and access to the venue’s signature temperature-controlled infinity pool, creating an atmosphere that balances professional engagement with relaxation. 

The Le Midi concept draws inspiration from the traditional French midday pause, a cultural practice centered on slowing down and savouring quality food in good company.  

To support this philosophy, the restaurant will feature a rotating weekly menu built around fresh, seasonal ingredients and classic Provençal influences. The dishes are designed to offer both variety and consistency, ensuring returning guests can discover new flavours while maintaining the brand’s hallmark standards of quality and presentation.
