The facility masterfully pairs European-engineered kitchen technology with traditional Lebanese culinary methods, ensuring that the same flavours that filled that first Al Rigga restaurant in 2000 remain utterly unchanged, even as production hits industrial scale.

UAE – Al Safadi Hospitality Group has officially unveiled Al Safadi Food Production, a sprawling new central production unit and headquarters in Dubai Production City that marks a monumental milestone in the UAE institution’s 25-year journey.
This isn’t just a bigger kitchen, it’s a complete reinvention of how a beloved heritage brand scales up without ever losing its soul.
From One Restaurant to 45,000 Meals a Day
Let those numbers sink in for a moment.
This 5,100-square-metre marvel, fully operational since November 2025, can produce 45,000 meals daily and churn out 8 to 10 tons of food every single day.
It’s purpose-built to support the group’s growing portfolio, which includes the flagship Al Safadi Restaurants, French-inspired Oventine, and premium caterer Table 25.
The facility was completed in under 20 months, a record timeline that speaks volumes about the group’s urgency and ambition.
But here’s the really impressive part.
This isn’t about sacrificing quality for quantity. Chief Operating Officer Fadl Al Safadi put it beautifully: “Quality is not just something we scale, it is something we protect.”

A Marvel of Smart, Safe Design
Walk through the facility and you’ll find nine specialized, temperature-controlled production zones, each dedicated to everything from meat and seafood to pastries and sauces.
A strict unidirectional workflow ensures raw ingredients and finished products never cross paths, eliminating any risk of contamination.
There’s an on-site quality control lab, HACCP certification in process, and FSSC accreditation on the horizon.
Even the air conditioning is next-level: integration with Empower District Cooling delivers one of the lowest kilowatt-per-ton performance rates in the region.
And because Al Safadi is thinking about tomorrow, not just today, a dedicated R&D Innovation Hub gives chefs a playground to develop new recipes and test future concepts without disrupting daily operations.
Coming Soon to a Supermarket Near You
Here’s where things get really interesting for UAE food lovers.
The group confirmed it’s entering the retail sector, with plans to roll out a line of sauces, frozen products, and ready-to-heat meals from the second half of 2026.
Yes, you’ll soon be able to bring that signature Al Safadi taste home with you. Meanwhile, Table 25 Catering is gearing up to significantly expand its capacity, positioning itself as a go-to premium caterer for everything from corporate galas to intimate private events.
