Rotana to operate N LINE Hotel in New Cairo’s NEST development under new partnership

EGYPT – Egyptian developer Nawassy Developments has signed a management and operation agreement with Rotana, one of the Middle East’s leading hospitality groups, for the N LINE hotel within its expansive NEST mixed-use project in New Cairo’s Sixth Settlement.

This partnership aims to leverage Rotana’s operational expertise to elevate the project’s investment value and establish it as a premier hospitality destination.

The agreement represents a strategic milestone for Nawassy Developments, aligning its vision with an international operator renowned for its market presence.

Nawassy CEO Hossam Soliman emphasized that the collaboration is designed to enhance operational efficiency and deliver products meeting international standards in the Egyptian market.

The N LINE hotel, spanning approximately 80,000 square meters, is conceived as an integrated experience combining premium hospitality with service apartments, targeting both business and leisure travelers.

Soliman noted that this model offers investors diversified opportunities for stable rental returns backed by global operational management.
