Yonghe King, Jollibee’s fully owned Chinese brand, opened 35 franchised stores in December using an efficiency-focused model.

Tim Ho Wan’s International Turnaround
Since acquisition, Tim Ho Wan achieved profitability across all Hong Kong stores within six months, including Jollibee’s first post-takeover site, earning top consumer ratings.
The Irvine, California store, launched within one year, establishes a U.S. template, with early success supporting plans for 20 North American locations by 2028.
This leverages Jollibee’s supply chain and franchising expertise for global Chinese cuisine dominance.
