UAE – Marriott Hotel Al Forsan, Abu Dhabi, has announced the strategic expansion of its commercial leadership team with the appointment of Teodora Tasic as Director of Sales and Jennifer Belz as Director of PR & Marketing.
These key hires strengthen the hotel’s commitment to commercial excellence and align with Abu Dhabi’s expanding hospitality, business tourism, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) sectors.

Teodora Tasic brings valuable experience from iconic Abu Dhabi properties such as The Abu Dhabi EDITION, Marriott Downtown Abu Dhabi, and Aloft Abu Dhabi.
She employs a strategic, client-focused approach to unlock revenue across corporate, government, and MICE segments.
Jennifer Belz, joining from Germany, brings a fresh perspective in brand strategy, digital innovation, and creative storytelling for luxury and lifestyle destinations.
Her expertise will invigorate the hotel’s marketing and communications strategy with innovative ideas.
Together, their complementary skills in strategic planning, commercial execution, and people-first leadership are expected to enhance Marriott Al Forsan’s market presence, drive revenue growth, and elevate guest experiences.

Abu Dhabi’s broader infrastructure and tourism investment environment supports such initiatives. The emirate plans to invest approximately US$12.8 billion (AED 47 billion) in infrastructure projects during the second half of 2025.
This investment surge focuses on schools, housing, roads, and other essential infrastructure, aiming to enhance the livability and connectivity of Abu Dhabi for residents, visitors, and businesses.
Currently, Abu Dhabi oversees 619 infrastructure projects with a cumulative investment exceeding AED 200 billion (US$54.5 billion). A significant part of this funding supports smart city projects and sustainable urban development initiatives, aligning with the emirate’s Vision 2030 goals.
