UAE – Renown technology firm Inntelo AI and hospitality conglomerate The First Group Hospitality have joined forces to redefine guest engagement and operational intelligence through cutting-edge, AI-native technology.

This partnership represents a major step in the digital transformation of the hospitality industry in the UAE and beyond.

Following a successful rollout of Inntelo AI’s system at TRYP by Wyndham Dubai, The First Group Hospitality plans to implement the platform across its entire growing hotel portfolio, including the upcoming Ciel Dubai Marina – Vignette Collection by IHG, soon to be the world’s tallest hotel.

Inntelo AI offers guests an intuitive, AI-powered concierge experience accessible from their phones.

Guests can request amenities, order room service, book restaurant reservations, and arrange local excursions. The platform supports conversational AI via phone calls, voice commands, and WhatsApp messaging in over 40 languages.

This partnership aligns with The First Group’s broader AI strategy, which includes leveraging artificial intelligence for revenue forecasting, rate optimization, customer satisfaction monitoring, restaurant bookings, and staff scheduling. Integrating guest-facing AI with real-time operational insights drives data-informed decision-making.

Tom Stevens, Senior Vice President of Hotel Operations at The First Group Hospitality, said, “This AI partnership will ensure every guest interaction, from arrival to departure, is powered by intelligence, efficiency, and personalization, setting us apart in hotel management.”

Asif Alidina, CEO and Co-Founder of Inntelo AI, added, “We’re thrilled to work with The First Group Hospitality. Our AI platform future-proofs their operations, enabling rapid adoption of agentic and conversational AI that transforms service delivery while empowering teams.”

Inntelo AI secured £506,000 (US$674,000) in a 2025 pre-seed funding round to accelerate growth, supported by investors including Haatch, British Business Investments, and Look AI Ventures.

AI technologies in hospitality enhance service speed, personalization, and operational efficiency.

They automate guest messaging, enable 24/7 virtual concierge services, optimize housekeeping and maintenance schedules, and improve revenue management through predictive forecasting.

This reduces operational costs while elevating guest satisfaction and loyalty.

This strategic alliance marks a new era of AI-native solutions driving intelligent hospitality management and elevated guest experiences worldwide.
