The PE Club WebApp opens for sign-up in November 2025, enabling guests to register within minutes and start earning rewards instantly.

UAE – PizzaExpress UAE has launched the PE Club, a new Loyalty Progressive WebApp designed to enhance customer engagement across its nine UAE outlets.
This digital initiative rewards every bite with instant benefits, exclusive offers, and a seamless dining journey, reflecting the brand’s commitment to innovation and customer value.
The PE Club WebApp is available for sign-up starting November 2025, allowing guests to register within minutes and begin earning rewards immediately.
It introduces a tiered loyalty system—Blue (Basic), Bronze, Silver, and Gold, where members earn Dough Points (DP) on every spend and unlock increasing benefits as they level up.
New members receive a limited-time launch offer valid until October 31, 2025: 25% off a meal, a complimentary dessert, a 25 DP boost, and birthday treats.
Additional perks include free dough balls, Romana upgrades, hot beverages, and discounts on kids’ meals, pizza-making parties, and special occasions, with benefits expanding at higher tiers.
Prashanth Menon, Regional Director – MENA, PizzaExpress, emphasized the program’s strategic importance.
“We’re taking our commitment to memorable dining experiences further by rewarding guests instantly and consistently,” he said. “The PE Club reflects our investment in digital solutions to enhance convenience and engagement.”
The WebApp supports multiple redemption pathways: dine-in, online orders via PizzaExpress Delivers, and purchases of select chilled supermarket pizzas.
Members can track rewards, view history, and activate offers directly through the app, ensuring a frictionless experience.
PizzaExpress UAE’s digital transformation aligns with regional trends toward cashless, personalized dining.
By leveraging data analytics, the brand tailors promotions to customer preferences, boosting retention and lifetime value.
The PE Club also fosters community engagement through referral incentives, encouraging members to invite friends for mutual rewards. This social component strengthens brand loyalty and drives organic growth.
Quick-service brands in the UAE are increasingly adopting outreach programs to deepen customer relationships. Initiatives like the QSR Media Middle East Conference & Awards and the Fast Food & Cafe Convention (FFCC) Dubai provide platforms for innovation exchange, networking, and brand visibility.
These events enable QSRs to showcase digital advancements, sustainability efforts, and customer engagement strategies, reinforcing their market presence.
With its user-friendly interface and immediate gratification model, the WebApp positions PizzaExpress as one of the UAE’s most customer-centric casual dining brands.
