SAUDI ARABIA – H World International, a global hospitality management leader, has announced the signing of IntercityHotel Riyadh Al Rayaan in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
This property marks the group’s seventh IntercityHotel brand hotel in the Middle East, representing a significant milestone in its regional growth.
Scheduled to open in Riyadh by June 2027, IntercityHotel Riyadh Al Rayaan is being developed in partnership with Wahat Sudair Hotels Company Limited.
The hotel features 216 contemporary guestrooms thoughtfully designed to combine comfort and functionality, catering to the diverse needs of discerning travelers.
The hotel will offer a variety of dining experiences, including an expansive all-day dining restaurant and its signature lobby café, The Breakery.
This café reflects the brand’s German heritage fused with vibrant urban energy, providing guests a unique social hub within the hotel.
IntercityHotel Riyadh Al Rayaan also boasts an impressive range of amenities. Guests can enjoy a large ballroom perfect for weddings or corporate events, eight versatile meeting rooms designed for business gatherings, a fully equipped fitness center, and a refreshing swimming pool.
These offerings position it as an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers.
Siegfried Nierhaus, Vice President and Head of Development for the Middle East, India, and Africa at H World International, expressed optimism about the project’s promising prospects.

It follows the success of other Middle Eastern properties like IntercityHotel Riyadh Malaz, IntercityHotel Dubai Jaddaf Waterfront, and several Intercity hotels in Oman.
