Swiss-Belhotel signs agreement for Swiss-Belboutique Masaki Dar es Salaam in Tanzania’s prestigious Msasani Peninsula

Swiss-Belboutique Masaki Dar es Salaam is set to offer 72 elegantly appointed rooms and suites, along with upscale facilities such as two restaurants, a chic bar, a spa, a swimming pool, and versatile conference spaces.

TANZANIA – Swiss-Belhotel International has signed a notable agreement to develop a new five-star property in Tanzania, marking an important expansion in Africa’s thriving hospitality sector.

The boutique hotel, Swiss-Belboutique Masaki Dar es Salaam, is located within Masaki, a high-end area on the prestigious Msasani Peninsula, known for its upscale lifestyle and strategic business importance.

The agreement was formalised between Swiss-Belhotel International and Astra Capital Limited, the property owner.

This partnership signifies a key milestone for both companies as they aim to deliver exceptional hospitality offerings in this growing market.

Swiss-Belboutique Masaki Dar es Salaam will feature 72 elegantly designed rooms and suites, complemented by upscale amenities that include two restaurants, a stylish bar, a spa, a swimming pool, and multiple conference rooms.

The property will also offer select retail spaces for lease, catering to the lifestyle and business needs of guests and local residents.

The hotel is currently under construction and is slated to open in the first quarter of 2027, with anticipation high for its contribution to Tanzania’s hospitality landscape.
