Emaar Misr unveils Palace Beach Resort Marassi in North Coast with US$290M investment

EGYPT – Emaar Misr has officially inaugurated the Palace Beach Resort Marassi, a landmark development in Egypt’s North Coast Marassi scheme, supported by an investment of approximately EGP 9 billion (US$290 million). 

The grand opening ceremony was attended by Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly and Emaar Founder Mohamed Ali Alabbar, underscoring the project’s significance in Egypt’s luxury tourism growth strategy.

Covering 140,000 square meters, Palace Beach Resort offers a total of 87 elegantly furnished rooms and 31 upscale villas.

The property provides an array of exceptional amenities, including a relaxing spa, a beachfront restaurant serving gourmet cuisine, a modern fully equipped gym, multiple swimming pools, and a beauty salon.

These facilities ensure guests enjoy both comfort and luxury, harmonized with Marassi’s stunning natural surroundings.

As the 11th hotel in the Marassi portfolio, the resort forms part of a vast integrated development sprawling over 6.5 million square meters.

Impressively, 4.1 million square meters, around 63% of the total area, are designated as open green spaces to preserve the natural beauty and offer guests expansive outdoor recreational areas.
