SAUDI ARABIA – IHG Hotels & Resorts has announced the signing of the Crowne Plaza Madinah Al Haramain, a 383-key property developed in partnership with Arbah Tayba Real Estate Company.

Slated for opening in 2026, this new hotel will be managed by IHG, further expanding the company’s premium portfolio in Madinah, one of Saudi Arabia’s most important religious and cultural centers.

Located directly opposite the new Haramain high-speed rail station, the hotel will offer direct access to the terminal via a dedicated underground tunnel.
