SAUDI ARABIA – The Saudi Tourism Authority (STA) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Radisson Hotel Group, forging a strategic partnership aimed at enhancing Saudi Arabia’s global visibility as a premier tourism destination.
This collaboration underscores both organizations’ commitment to driving tourism growth and elevating the Kingdom’s appeal on the international stage.
The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) strives to boost Saudi Arabia’s tourism sector in line with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
This agreement is set to explore initiatives that align with Saudi Arabia’s ambitious goal of attracting 150 million visitors annually by the end of the decade.
As part of the partnership, the two parties will work together to amplify the visibility of the ‘Visit Saudi’ brand, leveraging Radisson’s global marketing platforms.
Additionally, they will develop co-branded campaigns to showcase the Kingdom’s diverse attractions to international audiences. Basel Talal, Managing Director of Radisson Hotel Group for KSA, Kuwait & Levant, expressed pride in supporting Saudi Arabia’s tourism ambitions.
He emphasized that this collaboration will enhance the Kingdom’s visibility, attract new travelers, and provide unforgettable experiences for guests across Radisson’s expanding hotel portfolio in Saudi Arabia.
Radisson Hotel Group is already a key player in Saudi Arabia’s tourism transformation, with nearly 50 hotels currently operating and under development across the Kingdom.
Recent additions include the Radisson Hotel Madinah and the Radisson Blu Hotel & Convention Center Riyadh Minhal.
The group’s upcoming projects, such as the Radisson Blu Hotel Riyadh Al Sahafa, Radisson Hotel Jeddah Tahlia Street, and Radisson Hotel Makkah Thakher City, will further bolster its presence in the Kingdom’s key cities.
