Ishraq Hospitality partners with Samco Holding to launch two landmark projects in Egypt’s New Administrative Capital

EGYPT – Ishraq Hospitality, the asset management and hospitality arm of Mohamed & Obaid AlMulla Group, has entered into a strategic partnership with Samco Holding, one of Egypt’s top investment and development firms.

Ishraq Hospitality has formalised a strategic partnership with Samco Holding to launch two significant hospitality developments in Egypt’s New Administrative Capital.

The agreement, signed at the Ishraq Hospitality stand during Arabian Travel Market (ATM) 2025, highlights both companies’ commitment to elevating the region’s hospitality standards through innovation, service excellence, and strategic growth.

The first project, Holiday Inn Express Cairo New Capital, will be situated at the heart of the city’s premier business and residential zone.

The 125-room hotel is designed to cater to modern travellers seeking convenience, functionality, and style.

With its smart layouts, flexible workspaces, and vibrant communal areas, the property is expected to attract both business and leisure guests visiting one of Egypt’s fastest-growing urban hubs.

Complementing this will be The Five Hotel Apartments, a 100-key property tailored for extended stays and long-term visitors.

Located within “The Five,” a mixed-use development by Samco Holding—the serviced apartments will offer residential comforts paired with hotel conveniences, including wellness amenities, social lounges, and co-working spaces.

The location’s proximity to key government institutions, commercial districts, and lifestyle attractions will make it a prime choice for professionals, families, and expats.

This dual development marks a new chapter for Ishraq Hospitality, underscoring its ambitions beyond the UAE and aligning with Egypt’s ongoing transformation of its capital region.
