Nobu Hospitality expands in Middle East with launch of Nobu Hotel and Residences in Muscat

The Muscat venture is Nobu’s second collaboration with Enevoria Development, following an earlier announcement of a project on Al Marjan Island.

OMAN – Nobu Hospitality has announced its latest luxury venture in the Middle East, Nobu Hotel, Restaurant, and Residences Muscat.

The mixed-use project will seamlessly integrate upscale hospitality, exclusive branded residences, and curated lifestyle experiences, further reinforcing Nobu’s status as a leader in luxury living.

The Muscat venture is Nobu’s second collaboration with Enevoria Development, following an earlier announcement of a project on Al Marjan Island.

Developed in partnership with the Oman Tourism Development Company (OMRAN Group), the initiative aligns closely with Oman’s national tourism strategy, which aims to attract discerning travelers while boosting long-term economic growth through premium hospitality investments.

Located just 28 kilometers from Muscat’s vibrant city center, the development will span more than 60,000 square meters of unspoiled coastline along Yiti Beach.

The project will include an 80-key Nobu Hotel, a signature Nobu Restaurant, multiple swimming pools, wellness and fitness facilities, a full-service spa, and a distinctive Nobu-style beach club.

Complementing the hotel offering will be a limited number of branded Nobu Residences, granting homeowners access to premium amenities and panoramic views of the Indian Ocean.

Oman’s diverse landscapes, from its deserts and rugged mountains to ancient forts and emerald wadis, provided an ideal canvas for Nobu’s vision of refined, immersive experiences.

Yiti Beach, with its pristine waters and stunning sunsets, is expected to become a new hotspot for luxury travel and high-end real estate in the region.

This project also extends Nobu Hospitality’s growing footprint in the Middle East, where the brand is developing new properties in the UAE, Egypt, and Saudi Arabia.

Evgeniy Yakubovskii, CEO of Enevoria Development, stated that the continued collaboration with Nobu reflects a shared vision to create iconic destinations shaped by world-class design, architecture, and hospitality.

He expressed confidence that the Muscat project will become a benchmark for luxury living in the Middle East.

Trevor Horwell, CEO of Nobu Hospitality, emphasized that Oman’s unique blend of natural beauty and cultural richness makes it a standout destination.

He said the company is proud to deepen its partnership with Enevoria and OMRAN as it continues to innovate in the luxury mixed-use space.
