The Lodhi, New Delhi appoints Ritesh Arora as Director of Human Resources

INDIA – Leading hotel company The Lodhi, New Delhi, has announced the immediate appointment of Mr. Ritesh Arora as its Director of Human Resources.

With a distinguished 28-year career in human resources, Mr. Ritesh Arora brings a wealth of experience in HR operations, talent management, and organizational development, further strengthening The Lodhi’s leadership team.

In his new role, Mr. Arora will oversee all aspects of the hotel’s human resources operations, which include recruitment, employee development, performance evaluation, and policy formulation.

His primary focus will be on improving operational efficiency and fostering a positive workplace culture that aligns with the hotel’s long-term growth objectives.

Mr. Abhimanyu Singh Lodha, the General Manager of The Lodhi, expressed his enthusiasm about Mr. Arora’s appointment.

He welcomed him to the leadership team, highlighting Mr. Arora’s extensive experience with globally recognized hospitality brands and his deep knowledge of human resource dynamics.

Mr. Arora’s career has been marked by significant HR leadership roles with prestigious global hospitality brands.

Before joining The Lodhi, he served as the Director of Human Resources at Hilton Hotels Worldwide and Head of Human Resources at The Oberoi Hotels Ltd.

In these roles, he made substantial contributions in talent management, employee training, policy development, and performance management.

Expressing his excitement about joining The Lodhi, Mr. Arora stated that it was a privilege to be associated with a hotel brand renowned for luxury and excellence.

He expressed eagerness to apply his HR expertise to strengthen the hotel’s internal structure and talent ecosystem.

Additionally, he holds a Post Graduate Diploma in HR & IR from the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Delhi University.

His comprehensive academic background, combined with his extensive professional experience, positions him as a strategic leader in the field of human resources.
