Oshakati Country Lodge, Burning Shore Hotel upgrade to Hotelogix PMS

NAMIBIA – Hotelogix, a leading cloud-based hospitality technology provider, has announced that Oshakati Country Lodge and Burning Shore Hotel in Namibia have upgraded to its Hotel Property Management System (Hotel PMS).

Oshakati Country Lodge and Burning Shore Hotel have adopted Hotelogix’s enterprise-grade cloud solution to modernize their operations, moving away from a well-established on-premises system.

The transition aims to enhance efficiency, scalability, and real-time property management.

Both properties are managed by United African Hospitality (Pty) Ltd, Namibia’s leading privately owned hospitality and gaming firm.

The adoption of Hotelogix’s solution reflects the company’s commitment to leveraging advanced technology to streamline operations.

Quintin Byloo, Cluster General Manager of PHN & UAH, highlighted the need for a system that could eliminate operational silos and offer real-time control over the properties.

He noted that Hotelogix Cloud PMS was chosen for its comprehensive automation, ease of use, and scalability, positioning the properties for long-term success in an increasingly competitive market.

Hotelogix ensured a smooth transition from the previous system, preventing downtime and enabling a seamless go-live process to maintain business continuity.

The migration was supported by comprehensive training and round-the-clock assistance.
