Swissnet Group expands into MENA to enhance hospitality ICT solutions

MENA – The swissnet Group has launched swissnet MENA, a new venture designed to extend its renowned ICT infrastructure, managed IT services, and system integration solutions to the hospitality sector across the MENA region.

With the establishment of Swissnet MENA in Dubai, the company’s comprehensive managed services, including Local Access Networks, Wi-Fi, IPTV, Telephony, CCTV, Casting, and Guest Management, will now be available throughout the region.

In a major development, Roger Tabbal has been appointed as CEO International and MENA, based in Dubai.

A seasoned technology leader with over 25 years of experience, Tabbal is well positioned to drive the group’s transformation and expand its market presence across continents.

Prior to joining Swissnet Group, he served as Global VP of Guest Technology & Innovation at Accor, where he oversaw technology strategies for guest services in more than 6,000 hotels.

His leadership involved managing digital transformation projects for Property Management Systems, Point of Sales, seamless Wi-Fi experiences, digital food and beverage services, and online guest journeys, establishing his reputation as a forward-thinking innovator.

Following his appointment, Tabbal expressed strong enthusiasm about introducing the company’s extensive suite of cutting-edge technologies to partners in the MENA region.

He noted that the group’s robust global footprint, which currently serves over 10,000 customers worldwide, is a testament to the reliability, speed, and cost-effectiveness of its solutions.

Tabbal emphasized that significant potential exists for regional deployment, which will further enhance operational efficiency and drive accelerated growth.
