UAE – Park Hyatt Dubai, the renowned luxury retreat on Dubai Creek, has announced the promotion of Cynthia Portelli to Director of Operations.

Cynthia has played a pivotal role in the success of Park Hyatt Dubai’s Food & Beverage division, achieving outstanding results throughout 2024.

In her expanded role, she will now oversee the Rooms Division while continuing to lead the Food & Beverage sector, reinforcing the hotel’s dedication to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Since joining Park Hyatt Dubai in 2023 as Director of Food & Beverage, Cynthia has demonstrated remarkable leadership, creativity, and strategic foresight.

She has spearheaded numerous initiatives that have enhanced the hotel’s culinary offerings, guest satisfaction, and overall revenue.

Under her direction, the golf outlets at Dubai Creek Resort have undergone an exciting transformation, with further innovative projects in development to enhance their market appeal.

Originally from France, Cynthia began her hospitality journey in Paris, gaining early experience at Le Royal Monceau – Raffles Paris in both Human Resources and Food & Beverage operations.

Her career then led her to prestigious roles at Raffles Dubai, Monte Carlo Beach Club Abu Dhabi, and Media One Hotel, establishing a strong foundation in luxury hospitality.

With over a decade of experience in the industry, Cynthia has held leadership positions at renowned establishments, including JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai, Renaissance Downtown Hotel, Burj Al Arab, Jean-Georges Dubai, and Grosvenor House Dubai.

Her expertise spans strategic partnerships, curating exclusive events, and elevating guest experiences to new heights.

Beyond her professional achievements, Cynthia is a dedicated mother of two, exemplifying work-life balance and serving as an inspiring leader in the hospitality sector.

Her resilience, dedication, and ability to motivate those around her make this promotion a well-earned recognition of her contributions.
