In the first half of 2025 alone, the company added over 4,700 rooms through 60 new hotel openings, achieving a year-over-year organic system growth of 5% in the region.

This growth is further bolstered by 27 new deal signings, reflecting Wyndham’s strong focus on high-growth markets and expanding branded accommodation access for travelers.

Dimitris Manikis, President of EMEA at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, expressed confidence in sustaining momentum amid rising demand.

He highlighted that Wyndham’s strategic expansion broadens travel choices, enhances guest experiences, and underlines the company’s leadership across diverse and rapidly growing EMEA markets.
