Naumi Hotels makes Middle East debut with acquisition of 237-room hotel in Dubai’s Barsha Heights

Barsha Heights boasts prime connectivity, located near Dubai Internet City Metro Station and only a 10-minute drive from Mall of the Emirates and 15 minutes from The Palm, ensuring guests easy access to both business and leisure hubs.

UAE – Singapore-based boutique hotel brand Naumi Hotels has marked a significant milestone by entering the Middle East market through the acquisition of a 237-room hotel in Barsha Heights, Dubai.

This strategic expansion underscores Naumi’s commitment to growing its global footprint and bringing its signature hospitality to a thriving hospitality hub.

The hotel transaction was advised by asset management firm SunStar Capital, helping Naumi Hotels secure a prime property in one of Dubai’s most sought-after neighborhoods.

Barsha Heights offers excellent connectivity, situated near the Dubai Internet City Metro Station, and is just a 10-minute drive from the Mall of the Emirates and 15 minutes from The Palm, placing guests in close proximity to both business and leisure destinations.

The newly acquired hotel features a well-rounded collection of amenities designed to cater to modern travelers.

Facilities include a full-service spa, rooftop swimming pool, two diverse restaurants, a fitness center, and versatile meeting spaces that support business gatherings and events.

Gaurang Jhunjhnuwala, Group CEO of Naumi Group, expressed enthusiasm about extending Naumi Hotels’ footprint to the Middle East.

Naumi Hotels was founded in Singapore in 2007 and has developed a portfolio of eight properties across Singapore, New Zealand, Australia, and now the UAE.
