UAE – Ghitha Holding PJSC, a diversified UAE-based conglomerate specializing in agriculture, food production, and distribution, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Abu Dhabi National Hotels (ADNH) Catering PLC, one of the country’s largest institutional catering providers.
The agreement was formalized at the Make it in the Emirates (MIITE) 2025 event held at ADNEC, Abu Dhabi, underscoring both companies’ commitment to advancing national food security and enhancing local supply chains.
The MoU outlines a strategic partnership aimed at exploring collaboration opportunities to increase local sourcing and optimize supply chain integration across multiple sectors, including hospitality, healthcare, education, and government institutions.
This initiative aligns closely with the UAE’s Food Security Strategy 2051 and the National Strategy for Industry and Advanced Technology, supporting the broader objectives of MIITE 2025 to boost national resilience through value creation and industrial growth.
Falal Ameen, Group CEO of Ghitha Holding PJSC, emphasized the importance of building a self-reliant and agile food ecosystem in the UAE.

The MoU sets the foundation for early-stage collaboration in key areas such as evaluating local sourcing potential, aligning supply chain planning, enhancing procurement agility, and exploring product innovation and infrastructure investment opportunities.
Both organizations aim to leverage their complementary strengths to deliver long-term value to the UAE’s food and hospitality ecosystem.
